During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a pleasant and quiet location slightly outside the main resort, which was nice. Although the room had some cleanliness issues and outdated amenities, the pool view from the balcony was enjoyable. The lack of working fridge and limited sockets were inconvenient, leading to unexpected sleeping arrangements for my family.

The room had cleanliness issues like snots on the bathroom door and walls that smelled of urine. Outdated TV from the 80s and non-functional fridge. Limited sockets caused inconvenience.

The staff were generally pleasant and friendly. One staff member even went out of his way to offer vegetarian options. Some areas restricted from sitting were a downside.

The location was great, just outside the main resort, making it quieter at night but still close enough to reach bars and restaurants within a short walk.
